Roadoram connects a customer who needs roadside assistance with an independent third-party service provider who can help. Roadoram coordinates that connection — it does not perform, supervise, or guarantee the repair, towing, or other roadside service itself, and it is not an emergency-response service. If you are in an accident or there is any risk to health or safety, call 911 first.
Each provider is an independent business, not an employee, agent, or representative of Roadoram. The provider sets and is responsible for the price you are charged, the quality and manner of the work performed, and any warranty on that work. Roadoram does not set the final price, does not direct how the work is performed, and does not collect payment for the service itself on the provider's behalf.
We aim to connect you with an available, approved provider as quickly as we reasonably can, to keep an accurate record of your request and its status, and to handle any safety-related information you give us responsibly. We are not liable for the acts or omissions of an independent provider, except as required by law.
